Joined Potbelly Sandwich Works after I left Chipotle. They said they wanted to rebrand and make the concept cooler, less corny. So we reinvented the brand. Made it cooler. So many great things working with the amazing Paul Janas. Turns out they really didn’t want to change anything. Hated working there, after they went through seven other Vice Presidents in other departments, I left after 11 months.
